1. The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg

Amazing stories makes this book a fascinating read. Being a journalist, Charles is a great writer and I love the brilliant way he weaves insights through stories.

2. Atomic Habits by James Clear.

Easy to read and fun. I love the way James starts with stories and then links to evidence-based ways for health and happiness. Highly recommended.

3. Mini Habits by Stephen Guise

Great example of Stephen’s own discovery and personal transformation, and how you can use the same min habit approach in your life too.

4. One Small Step Can Change Your Life. The Kaizen Way by Robert Maurer

I love the concept of this book, and the way it’s written too. The concept of small questions and small rewards is brilliant.
