Workplace training · Keynotes · Team coaching
Your managers are having harder conversations
than they were trained for.
Attention and difficult conversations, taught as skills your managers can learn. From the author of Mindfulness for Dummies. Every programme comes with measurement, so you find out whether it worked.

The three things people want to know before the budget conversation.
Secular, not spiritual
No mats, no chanting, and nobody has to close their eyes if they would rather not. The techniques come from cognitive psychology and they work whatever a person believes.
I lead with the evidence against it
You are probably thinking of the Oxford study of 46,336 UK workers that found no benefit from individual wellbeing interventions. I would cite it too. I get there before your sceptics do, then explain what it does and does not show.
Built for a working day
Every session ends with something your team can use in five minutes between meetings. Not a thirty minute daily practice they will never keep going.
Oxford study: Fleming, Industrial Relations Journal, 2024. 46,336 workers across 233 UK organisations.
The gap is not awareness. It is capability.
Those last two numbers are the argument. Manager training is the intervention with the strongest evidence behind it and the biggest gap in provision.
Start small, or build something that lasts.
Most organisations start with a keynote or a four week cohort and grow from there. The fees below are starting points, and every proposal is quoted properly after a call.
| Format | Length | Group size | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keynote or masterclass | 45 to 90 minutes | Any audience size | from £2,500 |
| Team workshop | 2 to 4 hours | Up to 30 people | from £1,800 |
| Four week cohortThe volume workhorse. High completion, low disruption. | 4 × 60 minutes | Up to 20 people | from £6,000 |
| Eight week programmeMBSR and ACT informed, for a committed cohort. | 8 × 90 minutes | Up to 20 people | from £9,500 |
| Manager capability programmeConversations under pressure. ACT informed. | Modular | Up to 20 people | on application |
| Executive and team coaching | Six month programme | 1:1 or small group | from £6,000 per person |
| Internal champions licenceYou build internal capability rather than renting mine forever. | Bespoke | Your own teachers | on application |
Measurement and a 90 day follow-up report are included in all cohort and programme work.
You will find out whether it worked.
Before and after
WEMWBS or WHO-5, whichever fits how you already report, plus a short behavioural question set written for your context.
Ninety days later
A follow-up once the initial enthusiasm has worn off, because that is the only reading that tells you anything durable.
A comparison group, if you want one
We can stagger cohorts so one group starts later and acts as a comparison. It costs nothing extra and it answers the sceptics properly.
I will also tell you what did not work. That part tends to be more useful than the part that did.

Free 15-min discovery call
Tell me what you are looking for and what your people are facing. No obligation, and I will not pitch you a package on a first call.
Tailored proposal within 48 hrs
A clear recommendation with an outline, timings, measurement and a transparent quote.
We design it together
I ask about your context, your industry and what your team is actually managing, so every session lands for your specific room.
Delivery, online or in person
In person in London, live online for distributed teams, or recorded modules for people in the wrong timezone.
Measurement and a 90 day follow-up
You get a report showing what shifted and what did not, three months after the room emptied.

Notice, formats and the awkward ones.
How much notice do you need?
Two to three weeks from a confirmed booking, and tailoring adds a couple of days rather than weeks. Awareness week slots go sooner. Mental Health Awareness Week in May, Stress Awareness Month in April and World Mental Health Day in October all tend to book four to six weeks ahead.
How do you measure whether it worked?
Pre and post WEMWBS or WHO-5, a short behavioural question set, and a follow-up at 90 days so you find out whether the practice survived contact with a busy quarter. If you want a harder read, we can run a staggered cohort so one group acts as a comparison. This is included in cohort and programme work, not charged as an extra.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No. The training is secular and grounded in cognitive psychology. I have taught this in banks, an industrial group and the House of Commons, and the rooms are usually about a third sceptical. That is fine, and it is a better starting point than polite enthusiasm.
Can you cover several sites, or thousands of people?
Not on my own, and I would rather say so than overpromise. For anything at that scale the honest answer is the internal champions licence, where I train and supervise your own people to deliver it. That is usually cheaper than renting me forever, and it outlasts the contract.
Online or in person?
Both. In person in London, live online for distributed teams, or recorded modules for people in another timezone. Live online is a primary product here rather than a discount version of the room, so it is priced on what it delivers.
What do you need from procurement?
Ask and I will send the supplier pack. It covers insurance, data processing terms, a safeguarding and participant distress protocol, and supervision arrangements.
Fifteen minutes is all it takes to get started.
Tell me what you need and you will have a clear, tailored proposal within 48 hours.
