This free email course is ideal for beginners to mindfulness, looking for more peace, calm, focus or productivity. Every day, for a week, you get an email from Shamash with something new to learn about mindfulness and a recommended mindfulness meditation or exercise on that day.

This course will help you:

As you continue through the course, you learn more subtle ideas and deeper concepts. The emails are short and sweet, so you won’t use up too much time reading them.
