I've kept audio and video part of how I teach since 2011, because reading about mindfulness and actually doing it are two very different things — a voice guiding you in real time tends to get you there faster than a page ever can. Whichever show you start with, there's no right way to listen: some people play an episode start to finish with their eyes closed, others have one on in the background while they walk or cook. Both count.
